Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in social media, SEO, digital marketing, or audience growth.
• Proven experience growing owned digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and engagement.
• Hands-on SEO experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Experience with website CMS platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
• Build and maintain social media publishing calendars.
• Optimize posts for each platform, including hashtags, formatting, tagging, and accessibility.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
• Support employee and executive social media advocacy.
• Analyze social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and referral traffic.
• Execute technical and on-page SEO, including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, image optimization, and structured content.
• Monitor website SEO health, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and search rankings.
