Perfect Placement Recruitment is seeking an Attorney specializing in third-party claims in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. The role covers managing claims from instruction to resolution and providing expert legal advice to clients and insurers.

The ideal candidate holds an LLB, is admitted as an SA attorney, and can work independently with strong organisational and communication skills while relocating to Port Elizabeth if needed.

Formación

• LLB degree and admission as an attorney in the High Court of SA.
• Third-party claims/matters experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and case-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth.

Responsabilidades

Salary: Market-related

Job Duties:

• Handle and manage third-party matters and claims

• Provide legal advice and support to clients in relation to third-party matters

• Manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution

• Draft and review relevant legal documentation

• Liaise with clients, third parties, insurers and other relevant stakeholders

• Conduct legal research and prepare matters as required

• Ensure accurate and timely management of case files and documentation

Requirements:

• LLB degree

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa

• Previous experience in third-party claims/matters is essential

• Strong knowledge of relevant legal procedures and legislation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and case-management abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively

• Based in or willing to relocate to Port Elizabeth
