Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. Dundee-based ATM Security Technical Lead will coordinate security across NCR Atleos products, partnering with mechanical, electronics, firmware, software and fraud prevention experts to assess threats and define robust security solutions.

The role requires broad engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to bring together experts to deliver practical, cross-disciplinary security

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in engineering, product security, ATM, payments, embedded systems or related technical environments.
• Experience in engineering where security, reliability or safety is important.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex hardware/software/electronics.
• Excellent communication with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex technical investigations within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ATM security and fraud prevention activities across NCR Atleos products.
• Coordinate investigations involving subject matter experts from multiple engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical leadership on security-related product decisions and trade-offs.
• Support the development of security roadmaps, future technology direction, and the definition and verification of detailed security requirements for new products and features.
• Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for complex security and fraud-related issues.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, service organisations and customers.
