Job summary

Based at Standard Bank Head Office in Johannesburg, you will coordinate cash replenishment, oversee maintenance, analyze performance data, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in ATM operations or banking operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with ATM monitoring tools and banking systems.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Tertiary qualification in Banking/Operations/IT advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the ATM Operations team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor ATM network performance, uptime and availability with proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cash replenishment schedules and support accurate cash forecasting.
• Oversee ATM maintenance, fault resolution and service provider performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols and internal policies.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on ATM performance and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage incidents, escalations and emergency responses relating to ATM services.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will be employed by IZI South Africa and based at Standard Bank Head Office in Johannesburg, where they will be responsible for leading the ATM Operations team, ensuring optimal ATM performance, service delivery, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will:

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Banking, Operations Management, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field will be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in ATM operations, banking operations, or a related environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience working with ATM monitoring tools and banking systems.
• Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services environment.
