IZI South Africa, headquartered at Standard Bank Head Office in Johannesburg, seeks an experienced ATM Operations Team Leader. The role will lead the ATM Operations team, ensuring optimal uptime, service delivery, and adherence to regulatory requirements within a banking environment.

Based at Standard Bank Head Office in Johannesburg, you will coordinate cash replenishment, oversee maintenance, analyze performance data, and drive improvements.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in ATM operations or banking operations.
• Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience with ATM monitoring tools and banking systems.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Tertiary qualification in Banking/Operations/IT advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the ATM Operations team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
• Monitor ATM network performance, uptime and availability with proactive issue resolution.
• Coordinate cash replenishment schedules and support accurate cash forecasting.
• Oversee ATM maintenance, fault resolution and service provider performance.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security protocols and internal policies.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports on ATM performance and trends.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage incidents, escalations and emergency responses relating to ATM services.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers for seamless ATM operations.
