Fidelity Services Group is seeking an ATM Auditor in Johannesburg to load client ATMs and assist with ATM operational issues under the National ATM Operations Manager. The role requires a valid firearms qualification, security credentials, a clear criminal record, and readiness to travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load client ATMs daily.
• Secure and account for cash transactions daily.
• Attend to technical faults on ATMs.
• Balance cash and ensure accurate handling.
• Protect client assets and follow procedures at all times.
• Handle Trans Track scanning and client interactions.

ATM Auditor

Reporting to the - National ATM Operations Manager

The above position is vacant at Fideliity Cash Solutions reporting to the National ATM Manager (Operational). The overall purpose of this position is to load client ATM's and Assisting with other ATM Operational issues

Minimum Requirements:

• Clear criminal record
• PSiRA accredited at least with Grade C
• Complete firearm training in handgun and rifle
• SASP Competency certificate
• CIT Certificate
• Experience in security industry similar role
• Driver's license and own vehicle
• Computer literate

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

• Loading off all ATM's on an daily basis
• Securing and accounting for all cash transactions on a daily basis
• Attend to all technical faults on the ATM's
• Balancing and accurate cash transaction handling
• Ensure all client assets and secured at all times
• Ensure all key procedures are followed at all times
• Complaint in Trans Track scanning operations
• Client interactions and assistance.
