Job summary

SBV South Africa in eMalahleni is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to coordinate route plans, allocate staff to routes, and confirm daily assignments in line with SOPs. You will liaise with the Regional Route Planner and ensure resources are available for pre-planned operations.

You will monitor SLA delivery, manage ATM operations and security procedures, lead a team, and drive risk management. Regularly report, debrief, and implement remedial actions with SBV's Risk and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a CIT environment with supervisory exposure.
• Valid code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.
• PSIRA Grade B and relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate route plans with the Regional Route Planner daily.
• Ensure staff allocated to routes and daily plans issued.
• Maintain SLA targets and manage customer service escalations.
• Oversee asset and vehicle management at centre.
• Lead SBV Logistics staff and risk mitigation.
