Job summary

SBV South Africa in Port Elizabeth seeks a Centre/Logistics Supervisor to coordinate daily route plans, allocate staff, and ensure SLA targets are met across ATMs and service points. You will manage staff rotas, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain equipment and security procedures.

This permanent role requires leadership experience in a cash-in-transit environment and relevant SBV trainings. Responsibilities include risk management, incident escalation, and ensuring health and safety

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a CIT environment.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• PSIRA Grade B.
• SBV Systems training (Kronos, ESS, ISA, Fraxion etc.).
• Valid code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.
• Firearm Competency (FCA60 of 2000).
• Computer literacy – Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate route plans and allocate resources across daily operations.
• Ensure adequate staffing on routes and assign daily plans to pre-planned operations.
• Perform final check of run routes per SOPs and escalate discrepancies to HOD: Logistics.
• Submit daily logistics resource plans and obtain approval.
• Schedule staff on systems to optimise resources and rotate personnel.
• Communicate resource schedules to stakeholders and update systems within timelines.
• Maintain logistics equipment and systems for operational output.
• Oversee SLA achievement for service points and review performance.
• Conduct regular meetings with logistics staff and balance ATM SLAs.
• Monitor risk with SBV Risk team and enforce SOPs and governance.
• Report escalations and customer queries, and implement remedial actions.
• Manage security, compliance, and safety procedures at sites.
