SBV South Africa is seeking an experienced ATM custodian in Cape Town CBD to manage daily cash handling, ATM replenishment, and security procedures. The role emphasizes strict adherence to SBV quality standards, confidentiality, and teamwork within a CIT/ATM environment.

Responsibilities include loading cash, reconciling deposits, reporting faults, and ensuring the safety of team members and assets while maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualificações

• Grade 12 with pass in Maths or Maths Literacy with 1 year experience in CIT/ATM.
• Successful completion of CITPO and successful Firearm Competency application.
• Successful completion of ATM training, ATM assessments and deemed competent to perform the job.

Responsabilidades

• Return and manage ATM equipment per procedures.
• Plan daily activities to meet SLA targets and use COS to record activity.
• Balance ATM machines and reconcile loads according to procedures.
• Load cash in canisters and ensure denomination marking.
• Report faults and follow escalation to supervisor when COS/NK systems fail.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
