Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in CIT/ATM environment.
• Internal Grade 12 with maths requirement or maths literacy.

Responsibilities

• Return and secure ATM equipment and cash via COS/TnT procedures.
• Record activities using COS and perform end-of-day loads and reconciliations.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and adherence to SBV procedures and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with bank, SBV, and team; report faults and incidents promptly.
• Balance ATMs and ensure correct hand-over and documentation.
