Root seeks a Product Owner to support the Senior Product Manager in shaping Root's platform, a leading insurance operating system for clients and users. You will work closely with product, engineering and design teams to deliver features that meet business objectives and user needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, claims, data ops, finance and operations to ensure successful rollouts, clear documentation, and strong user experience across the policy lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of work experience as product owner, product manager, business analyst or in a related field.
• Background experience in working in insurance operations is beneficial.
• Experience in user experience design is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support the Senior Product Manager in driving and executing on Root’s product vision to help rapidly evolve Root into a world‑leading insurance OS.
• Enable the product team to create an effective experience for diverse business users such as sales and claims agents.
• Coordinate collaboration of product, engineering and design with all business units to evolve the Root platform.
• Drive feature rollout with support from the senior product manager, marketing and client services to drive adoption.
• Work with Customer Success and Engineers to ensure client‑facing features ship with help centre guides, rollout comms, and dev docs.
