Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• 3–5 years post-admission experience in litigation.
• Meaningful litigation experience.
• Experience in intellectual property litigation is preferred.
• Strong drafting and research capabilities.
• Knowledge of SA civil procedure.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Commercially minded with attention to detail.
