Job summary

Mr Price Group is seeking an Assistant Manager who will relieve the Store Manager in their absence and help uphold company standards of housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline, and security.

You will assist with staff management, ensure front-end controls, oversee the cash office, minimise stock loss, deliver excellent customer service, and introduce sales initiatives to reach store targets.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4.
• Previous experience managing a department.
• Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous.
