Mr Price Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Power Fashion, Bothaville. The role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, upholding standards in housekeeping, merchandising, and security while driving sales and customer service.

The ideal candidate has prior department management experience and, ideally, clothing retail exposure. This position focuses on loss prevention, staff supervision, and ensuring procedures are followed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 (Mathematics an advantage) or NQF Level 4 required.
• Experience managing a department is preferred.
• Clothing retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Relieve store manager in their absence.
