Job summary

Mr-Price-Group Power Fashion Springs Avenue in Gauteng is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to relieve the Store Manager in their absence and help uphold company standards.

You will manage housekeeping, merchandising, shrinkage control, discipline and security, assist with staff management, ensure front-end controls, oversee the cash office, minimize stock loss and drive customer service plus sales initiatives to reach store targets.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required; Mathematics is an advantage.
• Previous experience managing a department.
• Previous clothing retail experience would be highly advantageous.
