Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG environment.
• Successful completion of Clicks Trainee Store Management Programme is advantageous.
• Experience with budgets, profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in ensuring efficient store operations.
• Drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Execute operational activities, including stock management.
• Manage store staff and daily scheduling.
