Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an assistant store management role within a retail/FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in efficient store operation and service excellence.
• Drive and maximise sales through promotional activities.
• Execute operational activities including stock management and administration.
• Ensure staff motivation and performance management.
• Attend to administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Skills

Understanding and application of financial management principles
