Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory/assistant store management role.
• Understanding of sales and service management.
• Budgeting skills and cost control awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and planning.
• Effective communication with team and customers.
• Understanding of retail trade, brand, customer & product.

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager in daily store operations to meet objectives.
• Manage stock reception, unpacking, replenishment and stockroom housekeeping.
• Analyze sales and profitability data to drive action plans and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer experience processes and standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team and manage performance.
