Assistant Lodge Manager EC – 5* Game Lodge

A prestigious 5-star private game reserve in Eastern Cape is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Lodge Manager to join their close-knit team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who is eager to grow their career while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of lodge operations in a luxury environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless guest experience while supporting management in the day-to-day running of the lodge. This position requires a well-rounded individual who is confident in both guest-facing and administrative responsibilities, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard setting. From overseeing guest services to managing internal team operations, you will be instrumental in maintaining the exceptional standards expected in a 5-star reserve.

You will be working closely with the Lodge Manager, Operations Manager, and heads of department.
