Responsibilities include overseeing daily guest activities, coordinating lodge operations, supervising staff, and maintaining SOPs. The role demands strong leadership, hospitality qualifications, and hands-on management across departments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Hospitality qualification (degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years' management experience in a 5* environment
• Strong guest engagement skills
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily guest experience activities and ensure 5-star service delivery
• Manage administrative duties, reporting, and lodge operations
• Supervise and train staff on SOPs and service standards
• Coordinate human resource functions, including team performance and development
• Create and maintain guest service SOPs
• Monitor and enhance food and beverage service levels
• Act as Lodge Manager during their absence
• Report directly to Owners, Operations Manager, and Lodge Manager
• Deliver exceptional hosting while maintaining authority and leadership
