Mama Shelter Cape Town is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support opening and running the balance between costs and revenue. You will partner with kitchen leadership to manage stock, margins, and reports that tell a clear financial story.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of accounting, able to read reports, accounts, and inventories.
• Experience with hotel and restaurant cost control; OPERA or MICROS is a plus.
• Excellent Excel skills to create clear, functional spreadsheets.
• Highly organized, able to manage deadlines and priorities with enthusiasm.
• Strong team player with collaborative spirit and positive energy.
• Understanding of local accounting and administrative regulations.

Responsibilities
