Gauteng Provincial Government's Department of Community Safety seeks an Assistant Director to oversee Service Level and ICT Project Management within the ICT Directorate in Gauteng. You will drive service delivery, manage SLAs and coordinate multiple ICT projects end-to-end.

The role demands ITIL knowledge, strong communication, budgeting input and people leadership to ensure reliable ICT services and alignment with department objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Matric Grade 12, plus three (03) year National Diploma in ICT or Bachelor’s degree in ICT.
• 3 years' experience at administrative/supervisory level in similar position.

Aufgaben

• Manage ICT Service: identify IT services and requirements, initiate improvements, build and manage service catalogue.
• Define, build and negotiate service level agreements and monitor SLA performance.
• Coordinate ICT Projects: develop project methodologies and track schedules, resources and issues.
• Manage resources: coach and mentor staff, monitor performance and budget input.
• Prepare reports and statistics for the section and manage sub-section leave.
