Job summary

Department of Community Safety in Johannesburg seeks a Director-level candidate to analyse organizational requirements and bridge the gap between business and ICT. You will plan strategically, analyze business models, identify opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and document requirements for technical and business systems.

You will define processes, develop proposals and business cases, and support solution implementations while driving continuous process improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Grade 12 plus a 3-year National Diploma (NQF level 6) or Degree (NQF level 7) in ICT.
• Business Analysis certificate is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Valid driving license (A and EC).
• No criminal record or pending cases.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
