The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment in Cape Town is recruiting a Provisioning Administrative Officer: Assets at the Foretrust Building. You will maintain and update the asset registers, verify ledger transactions on Oracle, and ensure accurate capture of serials and barcodes.

Required is a National Diploma (NQF 6) or higher in Supply Chain Management, plus at least 1 year in asset management and knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations and GRAP.

Formación

• National Diploma (NQF 6) or higher in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in asset management.
• Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations and GRAP.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the asset register
• Verify transactions on Oracle
• Capture serial and barcode numbers
