Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent and an advanced diploma or degree.
• 2-3 years people management experience in financial risk and process management.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders by identifying needs and resolving queries timeously.
• Drive staff performance and development, including recruitment, retention and training aligned to transformation goals.
• Contribute to transformation culture and Nedbank Culture initiatives.
• Improve operational excellence and business optimisation through team engagement.
