The role leads client engagements, identifies and manages credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks, and advises on robust risk frameworks and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic risk mitigation, and shaping risk strategies for major financial sector players in Gauteng and nationally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial risk management, consulting, or a related field within financial services.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments, markets, and regulatory landscapes.
• Proven experience in leading complex risk management projects and managing client relationships.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
