Absa is seeking a specialist to provide advisory and support in the implementation and development of operational planning and related service delivery processes.

You will establish professional relationships with industry leaders, regulators and partners, champion business bulk acquisition, gather market intelligence daily, coach and mentor team members, and stay up to date with regulatory developments impacting the unit.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.
• Professional qualifications related to business management are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry leaders, regulators and partners.
• Delivery Business Development: Champion and manage strategic plans for business bulk acquisition aligned with Absa's unit strategy.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market insights from articles, publications and networks to stay abreast of market developments.
• People Management: Coach, mentor and develop team members toward business objectives.
• Operations & Compliance: Stay up to date with legislation and developments affecting the unit and banking industry.
