Job summary

The Key Recruitment Group in Cape Town is seeking an Asset Administrator to support the effective management, tracking and control of company assets.

The role requires Matric and relevant admin/logistics qualifications, 3–5 years' experience, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and a valid driver's licence. On-site position in Cape Town with salary around R20k CTC per month.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required with a relevant admin/logistics qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years in administration, logistics, warehouse or asset management.
• Experience maintaining registers, databases and records.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Valid driver's licence and marine/offshore experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Asset Register.
• Track asset movements, allocations and utilisation.
• Support equipment mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Manage asset documentation, certificates and records.
• Assist with stock takes, inspections and asset audits.
• Provide administrative support to the Asset Department.

Specialist in the design and development of steel structures and subsea equipment, seeks to employ an Asset Administrator to support the effective management, tracking and control of company assets. CAPE TOWN

For the position you would be required to have:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant qualification in Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (advantageous)
• 3-5 years' experience in administration, logistics, warehouse or asset management
• Experience maintaining registers, databases and records
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with asset management or ERP systems
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence
• Marine, offshore, engineering or construction industry experience advantageous
