Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably luxury hotel or fine-dining.
• Formal pastry/baking qualification preferred.
• Passion for pastry, eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, production and presentation of desserts and pastries.
• Maintain high standards of quality, taste and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure recipes are followed.
• Support mise en place and keep pastry section organised.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Handle stock and minimize wastage.
• Assist with stock control and rotation.
• Work with Head Pastry Chef to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal desserts.
• Ensure pastry items meet 5-star standards.
