Qualifications

• Culinary qualification or training would be advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients according to instructions and required standards.
• Assist with cooking and plating of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.
• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating stock.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are kept clean and ready for service.
• Assist the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Complete general kitchen duties as required.
