Job summary

Cape Town Opera is seeking a highly organised Artistic Manager to join our team in Cape Town. You’ll work closely with the Artistic Director, at the operational heart of our artistic programme, coordinating productions, casting and artist engagements, and ensuring contracts and schedules run smoothly.

With a passion for theatre or music and a keen eye for detail, you will align people, paperwork and timelines, keeping every element on track as we shape the future of opera in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in theatre or performing arts environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage contracts and schedules.
• Experience collaborating with an Artistic Director or senior artistic leadership.
