What You'll Do

• Ensure all designs meet functional, usability, brand, and quality requirements.
• Maintain documentation, templates, and standards across supported projects and pipelines.
• Manage resource allocation and project scheduling to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members through ongoing support and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement by researching industry trends and implementing workflow enhancements.
• Foster collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and team performance.
