Placements24 is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to guide the user experience and interface design for upcoming gaming titles at our studio. You will translate complex gameplay mechanics into intuitive player flows and final UI assets, ensuring immersion and satisfaction.

You will lead a team of designers, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with game directors, producers and engineers to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with game/design focus preferred.
• Proven user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive UI/UX for gaming platforms.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final UI assets for game features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for gaming platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets for game features.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and improve player experience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, and programmers, throughout the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design , with a significant focus on game design or interactive media.
• Proven expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics , player psychology, and the gaming industry landscape.
