Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 and PSIRA registration (Grade A or B) required.
• Prior supervisory experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigating all Queries received
• Implement correction functions
• Telephonic assistance with problems or complaints
• Report all client queries to area manager
• Keep staff turnover of Security Guard to a minimum
• Uphold morale of key personnel
• Discipline of key personnel
• Resolve client and/or employee disputes
