About the Role

Our client, a leading distributor of agricultural inputs and machinery, is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Area Sales Manager to oversee their operations in the fertile region surrounding Paarl, Western Cape . This field-based role requires you to manage a team of sales representatives, develop regional sales strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses. You will be responsible for driving sales of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, and equipment, ensuring market penetration and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
