Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Manager for the Pretoria region to lead a group of apparel stores. You will drive sales culture, coach Store Managers and Sales Team Leaders, and execute strategic initiatives to meet targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on monitoring of store operations, stock, merchandising, and HR processes. You will travel between stores and report to senior management.

• 3+ years' managerial experience within the apparel retail sector – essential.

Sales & Store Performance

• Lead and drive a strong sales culture across the area.
