Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced senior operations leader to head sales, marketing execution, and franchise performance. You will manage P&L across all stores, driving cost savings and revenue growth while ensuring food safety and brand compliance.

Responsibilities include stock planning, demand forecasting, new site acquisitions, landlord negotiations, and coaching franchisees to hit KPIs. A strong background in franchising, financial/operational management, and GAAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric and 6–8 years in QSR/franchise operations.
• Experience in franchising, financial & operational management, property/lease negotiation, hygiene standards, and project oversight.
• Relevant qualification in Business or Franchise Management (NQF 6 preferred).
