Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Polokwane seeks a senior Lead for sales and marketing execution across franchise stores. You will manage P&L, identify cost-saving and revenue-growth opportunities, and drive data-driven improvements in store performance.

You will oversee stock planning, demand forecasting, landlord negotiations, and franchisee coaching to hit KPIs. Strong experience in franchising and GAAP/POS systems is required.

Qualifications

• Matric + 6-8 years in QSR/franchise operations.
• Experience in franchising, financial and operational management.
• Property/lease negotiation experience.
• Hygiene standards and project oversight knowledge.
• NQF 6 or higher in Business/Franchise Management preferred, GAAP knowledge or similar.

Experience & Qualifications
