National Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.
Solid understanding of building construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs from concept to construction documents.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Prepare documentation for planning applications and building permits.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants during the construction phase to address technical queries.
Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve discrepancies.
