Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
Solid understanding of South African building codes and standards.
Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for architectural projects using CAD and BIM software.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and construction phase support.
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design and specifications.
Research and recommend suitable building materials and construction methods.
