Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation, ideally remote.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM (Revit).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and SA regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical drawings, constructions documents, and specs using CAD/BIM.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, engineers, and clients to refine designs.
• Ensure designs comply with SA building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.
• Review shop drawings and submittals during construction.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and maintain project drawing registers.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing registers.
