Qualifications

• National Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or Drafter, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is a significant advantage.
• Excellent technical drawing skills and a solid understanding of architectural conventions and symbols.
• Knowledge of South African building codes and regulations is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings using CAD software.

• Assist in the development of construction documents and specifications.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain and update drawing archives and project files systematically.
