Qualifications

• National Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or Technologist
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential; familiarity with other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and South African building regulations
• Excellent technical drawing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience on commercial, residential, and potentially industrial projects
• Ability to work independently and in a team in Randburg

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents using CAD and BIM software
