Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for architectural projects.
• Generate accurate 2D construction drawings, plans, sections, and elevations from BIM models.
• Coordinate models with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare design documentation, including presentations and permit application drawings.
• Assist in the preparation of specifications and material schedules.
• Conduct quality control checks on drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure adherence to drafting standards, company protocols, and client requirements.
• Support the project team with any required drafting and modeling tasks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• National Diploma in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
