Qualifications

• Around five years of practical experience in a professional architectural design studio.
• Solid, hands-on ability to build and coordinate models directly within Revit.
• Experience producing detailed technical working drawing packages for building construction.
• Basic working knowledge of building site administration and local council approval processes.
• Professional SACAP registration or active candidate registration is welcomed.
• A positive attitude, strong team-player spirit, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical working drawings for exciting, large-scale building packages.
• Author and coordinate accurate 3D building models using Revit software.
• Create and update useful project families and manage important model components.
• Attend regular project and site meetings to coordinate smoothly with professional consultants.
• Carry out helpful site inspections and compile clear, organized quality review lists.
• Assist with local municipal building plan submissions and statutory approval documentation.
• Maintain organized digital project records and filing to support seamless team delivery.
