You will apply advanced Revit skills to produce construction drawings and 3D models while coordinating with clients, consultants and multi-disciplinary teams.

With 7+ years post-graduation experience and 3-5 years post-registration, you will manage documentation, timelines and ensure delivery to client standards and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist or Professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP.
• Minimum 7+ years' post-graduation experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years' post-registration experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for technical drawings and 3D modelling.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, report writing, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to project close-out.
• Prepare concept designs, design presentations, council submission drawings, and construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct construction site inspections and provide technical support during implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
