The Recruitment Pig is seeking an experienced architect to lead design on major building projects in Johannesburg. You will manage planning, coordinate with consultants and clients, and drive delivery from concept through construction while upholding quality and financial targets.

You must hold a degree or diploma in architecture, be SACAP professional, and have 7–12 years of relevant experience with Revit. Strong communication, leadership, and a team-focused attitude are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Degree or National Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Active SACAP registration as a Professional.
• 7–12 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong skills in authoring and managing complex Revit models.
• Experience leading large projects and a small team.
• Excellent written communication for project emails and letters.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and ensure the team meets financial targets.
• Lead the design process from concept to construction.
• Audit Revit models to maintain high drawing quality standards.
• Run site coordination meetings and write project letters.
• Collaborate with consultants to ensure performance.
