• Water Safety Instructor (WSI) or equivalent teaching certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquatics programming, lifeguarding, or facility management.
• Proven experience in staff supervision and training.
• Strong understanding of pool operations, safety protocols, and water quality management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
