Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Aquatics Manager & Program Coordinator for their facility in Centurion . This role is crucial for developing, managing, and overseeing all aquatic programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for all participants. You will be responsible for staff management, budget oversight, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations within the aquatic environment. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational management, and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for swimming and water-based activities, with a hybrid work model allowing for some remote administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a diverse range of aquatic programs, including swim lessons, fitness classes, and recreational activities.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and aquatic attendants, ensuring proper certification and performance.

Requirements
