Qualifications

• Proven experience in aquatic centre management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, water safety, and lifeguard management.
• Current lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR certification are mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial management, and program development.
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Science, or related field is advantageous.
